Qualification/Experience

• Graduation in any discipline
• Keen interest in teaching- Experience in teaching is desirable though not compulsory

Responsibilites

• Work with a batch of 25 children
• Document the observations of the progress of the children
• Draw inferences out of patterns of behaviour at specific levels
• Ensure a good rapport with parents on an ongoing basis
• Play the role of a guide, a facilitator and a person whom a child can trust completely
